The hostal is great: the location, the room, the price, everything. I would really recommend it. The only problem is the fact the there is no elevator access to the 4th floor (even though the rooms in such floor are the newest and, consequently, the best ones). ... what people say » while doing. - I had such a nice stay at the hotel Persal (from 16th to 18th January 2009) with some friends of mine and we've all been really satisfied: gorgeous location, spotless, comfortable and nice rooms. The breakfast was definitely acceptable (filling anyway) and included in the rate: 180€ per a double-bed room per two nights, in the heart of Madrid! Cool!!
