Friendliness of staff. Excellent on arrival. We had an appartment at the back. Not particularly a brilliant view but extremely quiet. Appartment was very good. Lashings of hot water and very well equipped. Very safe parking facilities on site. Very close to Royal Palace - free to EU citizens most afternoons. Close to metro . The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.
