  Staff were fantastic and very friendly. The hotel is in a perfect location and it is a great value for money. It is very clean and comfortable. Even though we had probably the smallest room it was still very comfortable and anyway we were there not to spend time in a room but to see Barcelona. The whole staff, from the people at the reception to the cleaning lady, were very helpful en friendly! We felt very welcome. We loved the design (interior & exterior) of the hotel. The breakfast-buffet was very big and of - The rooms overlooking into the interior of the building,where we stayed on the first night, have no daylight and the ventilation is insufficient. So we asked to change to a front room with a window that could be opened. Our request was immediately satisfied. The staff were exceptional and the strongest point of the hotel.The rooms were comfortable and properly cleaned.Breakfast is good and the hotel location is excellent.

  We were delighted with this hotel. It was right in the heart of Las Rambles. As we arrived from a Cruise, we checked in at 10am and a room was assigned to us right away.
