The room was clean and comfortable. We had a balcony, which was great. The accommodation was in an excellent location, very close to the beach, and walking distance to all of the sights of San Sebastian. The staff were extremely helpful. I was feeling unwell the day after we arrived, and the lady at the Pension directed us to a very good medical centre. The staff also agreed to allow us to pick up our bags late in the evening (after we had checked out), due to us having to catch a late overnigh

We enjoyed our stay at the Zaragoza Plaza; this small hotel is well located (step away from La Concha beach and close to the old city), and in a quiet area just in front of the Zaragoza Plaza. We also appreciated that the staff at the front desk spoke French and English. - The hotel is mark as 1 star. but it is very good hotel. just what you need.
