  It was an excellent location, near the metro and Plaza Mayor. The staff were all very helpful and parking was facilissimo. They were extremely accommodating, providing driving directions in Madrid and other advice. - The breakfast (which was not included) was delicious and plentiful.

  The best western arosa was a brilliant hotel, right in the heart of the city! We had an eighth floor room overlooking Gran via with our own balcony which we were upgraded to for free!   The position was fabulous for sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was generally clean and facilities were good. Staff were very willing to give us a late check out :) - Great location, just 5 mins from Gran Via and just off the shopping areas. Most Madrid attractions are 10-15 mins walking distance.
