  The staff very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We stayed on a 3 night package,goin mid week which was a fantastic deal at 186 euros, but did not take the option of a breakfast. A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral. Sometimes it was hard to catch a taxi from the street near hotel.   The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious and bright. Bath with seperate shower was great. Plenty of wardrobe to put luggage and hang and store clothes. Empty fridge - which they place a couple of bottled free water everyday - was great to put some own drinks in. Nice desk to use laptop. Safety box in room, car parking good, bar service... what people say » and food good ... can't think of a fault. - I liked everything about this hotel from the value of money to the services of the staff. I mean, the staff were excellent, offering help at every stage. I told them before hand that I was coming for my honeymoon and they helped made my honeymoon a memorable experience. The hotel is close to everything in the City. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

  Standing room only on balcony overlooking the street - very sweet - felt like a local. Close the shutters and sliding door at night time to cut out any street noise. Aircon available in room if needed. Floor had lift access. Room small and beds very comfortable. Bathroom area small and functional - electric toilet but not noisy. Purcha - It was only three minutes from the metro station and only 15 minutes from the old town for these persons who love walking and 10 minutes from Sagrada Famiglia. It was very clean, they clean the room every day and they change towels every time that you ask for it. Perfect wi-fi in the room and the staff is the most polite and helpful we 've ever met. They gave us a map of the town with the most popular monuments and they adviced us for everything that we asked. There is a lift. Very safe streets

They went out of our way to fix any issues with the room, answer our many questions, mail our postcards, tell us about the culture of the city, etc. They packed a breakfast bag for my wife and I in the early morning when we left since we could not stay for breakfast. We were still talking about how friendly the staff was when we got home. This is the best customer service we've had amongst all the places we've visited in the mediterranean.
