Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, something we have found lacking in our stay at various hotels abroad. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. ... what people say » s also a 10 minute walk to the main bus station. - This was my favorite hotel I stayed at during my trip. The room was beautiful. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.
