The rooms were very modern and well fitted out having plenty of space and the bathrooms were great.
Staff were very polite and helpful.

We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. The staff are top-notch. Very few luxury hotels are able to balance friendliness with efficiency like Hotel Bagues. It's a rare gift to offer the experience they do for guests. The ambiance of the hotel is fantastic, too, and despite being on the La Rambla - with a room overlooking it - at night we could only hear the faintest of sounds. Luxuriously decorated, but cosy, the entire hotel is a really lovely experience.

It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers. Even when we slept in, somebody remembered to come and clean our room in the evening and they had spare adapters for UK and Irish plugs at the front desk. - very effiecient staff. wonderful room, great access
