  Although she does not speak English the lady at the reception was extremely helpful. Convenient parking for a modest price, city center in walking distance. Good value for money. - Very friendly staff, a good room, comfortable with a good bathroom. There are cafes close by for breakfast.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert that happened to be out of town. The man in reception took out maps, bus timetables etc. and worked out how to get there for us and which bus to take. The woman in the morning was equally as helpful in recommending a good place for breakfast.   The location next to the Plaza Nueva is great as close to the shops, bars and cathedral. The room was cleaned every day and the receptionists and cleaners were friendly. - Fantastic hotel in a great location in a quiet street in the old town. Gorgeous high ceilings in the room and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Good value.

Everything is well within walking distance. Our room (ground floor facing the patio) was quiet and cleaned daily. We found the matresses were fine (firm, though). Save entrance, kind staff, good Wi-Fi connection, both in our room and on the patio. Breakfast is not included, but there are very affordable and good breakfast bars around the corner.
