  Easy 9min walk from bus-station. Joan on the night desk was very cheerful and helpful, despite limited English (but he makes the effort). 24hr front desk. Nice wall tiling.   Great location for shops and the old town. The hostal reception is lovely, though the rooms are a bit more basic and clean. If you drive there is no parking apart from in il cort ingles which will set you back 18 euros for 24hrs so add this to your price. All in all its ok and gives you access to seville and all you need to see, 2 days and one nigh... what people say » t was enough - location, ambience.

This place has - The place had loads of character, we loved the quirky shapes and designs of the place and our room was delightful, and there are some lovely public spaces. The location was absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of Santa Cruz and close to the cathedral. It was amazing to get such good value accommodation in this spot. The staff were lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are basic, but for people on a budget, the Vergara is a cut above.
