The hotel itself is very nice. Personnel there could hardly speak Englis except one man who was very nice and friendly. The disadvantage of the hotel is its situation. It is situated far from the city. - this hotel was a transit stop for us on our return trip from portugal. it's position close to our main route made it an ideal stopover.

It had everything I needed, a small room, blankets, heating, and most importantly hot water. There is also a small chapel. I am a good walker and the distance into the centre was ok. -

He is very helpfull pointing out where free parking is and where the most important sight seeying spots are. -

Great location on a quiet street, walking distance to the old town and also a street of tapas where the locals go.
Rooms are nice and clean, decent enough size, WiFi worked fine without issues.
The couple who run the hotel are extremely helpful, as well as being very enthusiastic about Salamanca and its history.

Absolutely fantastic stay, at one of the best prices in town. Lots of hot water in the shower, spotlessly clean, modern decor. Windows kept out the road noise nicely. -

We had booked to stay four nights but due to a family emergency had to leave after one night. When checking out, Lorenzo on reception was very helpful and only charged us for the time we stayed in the hotel. The hotel is very well maintained and clean throughout. It has two set of windows as well as shades to block sound and light--the room was very quiet. There is free parking for about 5 cars, after that you must pay at a local garage. The location is in a very attractive area at the edge of the historic district and is a short walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but have minimal English skills.
