  Very easy to find and as you would expect with a motel, reception was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially with regards maps, buses, taxis to the centre. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The Motel area is close to the entrance and tucked away to the side - with plenty of free parking.   Beautiful small hotel with its own personality in great location if you plan to visit Alhambra (10 minutes walk) or city center (15 minutes walk). Jorge, the owner, was great and very very helpful. We had a safe parking place, wonderful service (not overwhelming) but far more than we might have expected. Great attention to detail. Our patron managed to get us tickets to the Alhambra Palaces which we had not been able to do from home on the internet. He also recommended a lovely walk in the Sierra Nevada which was safe and easy to get to. Will go again if we are in this area.

We also appreciated the friendliness of the staff very much. They were very kind and gave us several tips. For the money we paid, i think it was an excellent deal.
