The front desk staff was very nice and extremely helpful. I'm pretty sure our room got upgraded and was still the same price as quoted. The room was much larger and was in a separate part of the hotel. It was also the perfect location close to bars, restaurants, and all of the places to go sightseeing. I would HIGHLY recommend it!. The hotel is very good, I like it very much. It is close to bus stops. Rooms are very clean, enough space, toiletries, AC, and W Lan works perfectly. Staff are very helpful with directions, buses and maps. I will go there again.all reviews »
The location was really good. Very easy to walk to Alhambra and other tourist spots. Location was good, room was nice and spotless.the location, the price. moreover, the cleaning was excellent. Decoration and location. Due to nearby construction it was a bit noisy in the afternoons, but nothing unbearable. Staff could speak also some other language than spanish.although I reserved a non-smoking room, I was put in a smoking room which smelled, and despite asking 3 times i did not get another one. I booked this hotel because of its wifi faciltities, but it (internet, the wifi signal strength was ok) was either not working at all or unusably slow.
