  We stayed at Hostal Carel at the beginning and end of our cycling tour in Tenerife. They were very friendly, and helpful, the breakfast was great value for money, enough for a lunchtime sandwich too, served in our room. We needed to store our bike boxes for the return journey, and they were very helpful in keeping them safe for us. Very convenient... what people say » for the beach, the buses, the cafes and bars and very convenient for the airpoirt.Thanks a lots. - Great hotel for those who don't stay much at the hotel room during their trip. Location - perfect (bus stop on the other side of the street, shopping market aswell). Everything was superclean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, room was big and had a balcony. Although the breakfast was modest, but everything was fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend it and I would go there again.

  I like to be in a quite lugar near the beach The room was quiet and simply good The personal was friendly I enjoyed to be there - We had one night's stay here en route to La Gomera. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were basic but fine. It was a good location. Dinner was buffet style and plentiful.   We have been staying in ITER's El Gavion for a week in mid March and found it to be most enjoyable: the architecture of our elegant, all- glass and yet cool design villa, the natural surroundings featuring an impressive seaview, a lush garden compound, impressive yet silent wind mills and lastly the privacy - no cafes, shops, discos, no noisy and ... what people say » drunk tourist crowds passing by! Just sea, sun and wind. In some fourty minutes you walk along a coastal natural track to nearby El Medano, an elegant - Fantastic location. We had a wonderful holiday. The view from the terrace of our house (La Geoda) was priceless. The house was very confortable for 6 people. There are BBQ facilities and a semi-private beach (we counted about 30 people on a saturday!): simply beautiful. You need a car, but the peaceful location is your reward... The pretty town of El Medano has many cafes and restaurants.
