  We liked the friendly welcome from Nacho who is incredibly helpful and kind. We loved the supreme comfortable beds and pillows and how well equipped the apartment is. The decor was perfect for our taste in fact our favourite colours. Nacho's recommendations for eating out were fantastic and a meal for 2 including drinks and first class service amo... what people say » unted to 14 euros. The level of security is first class and the local shop 2 mins walk is an added welcome bonus as is the restaurant Barbera. We will - Comfortable and completely equipped appartment with all necessary facilities, incl. washing machine (washing powder available) which we used after nearly 2 weeks travelling around Spain, ironing equipment etc. Very appreciated welcome by Nacho, explaining us all important topics about town as well as appartment and surroundings. Our party of four was met at the airport by a very friendly rep from the company who took us to check in and then on to the apartments. Furniture was newer and what is typically found in European hotel rooms. The restaurant up in the front of the complex was - Calm, quiet, close to the sea.   Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely revisit this hotel. - I am in a wheelchair and at no time did I have a problem with access to any facilities + the staff treated me like a human being not an inconvenience.

They ran around to a different hotel to make sure we had copies of our passports for the Tomatina and did loads of extra stuff (like getting us a corkscrew) that they really didn't have to do.   The hotel was in a great location for us as we were meeting some people from a cruise ship who had docked there. Also, it was then easy to get into the centre by public transport. We were also, near the beach area were there was plenty of bars and restaurants to finish the day off.
