all reviews » This hotel is perfect! A place to get spoiled in every way every day. The rooms are decored beautifully and the material used is luxury quality. The staff is so polite and serviceminded. The hotel placed by the sea with fantastic seaview. An elevatorride away from the beach and seashore where you can walk for miles. And a long this walk you pass many restaurants and bars. I really recommend Mamma Gina. They have fantastic italian food. And the habor in Benalmadena is definitely worth a visit. T. Everything was perfect, spot on. The staff make you feel very special and go beyond the call of duty to ensure you are totally satisfied. They really took good care of us. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was superb in the evening. The buffet breakfast the best I have ever had. The size of the hotel just perfect (just 44 rooms) - no massive tourism, a little hideaway on the beach in touristy Benalmadena. The hotel would be more suited to a resort like Marbella or Peurto Banus. That I had to go home. The hair dryer in the room was broken which we told staff but was never replaced. The only downside was not having the use of an iron, staff were available to do this on request though. Nothing at all. Nothing. Day pass to spa bit expensive but a beautiful spa area. The area where the hotel is situated is tacky such a shame lets say its a 5star hotel in a 2/3 star area. I was also a little disappointed in the situation of my room as the sunbeds just didn't catch the sun. There was nothing that we disliked we had a perfect stay. We ate in the evening and considered the menu was pretentious and over-priced. No indoor bar area. Leaking wash basin on first day but rapidly mended. Building a new spa bath in the garden outside our full price executive room. Eye wateringly expensive for what we got. Noise level on the road of course muffled by masterly double glazing. The outdoor pool was freezing and stopped many people from being able to use it. Nothing. Dark room, without private balcony.
