The standard was excellent. We booked a Studio but were upgraded to a Suite on arrival. The staff were extremely courteous and professional. The rooms were decorated to a high standard, the bed was extremely comfortable and the linen beautifully white and clean. Very comfortable suite, a pity to leave to go out! Roms overlooked the pool with good outside terrace space. Electric blinds at the windows added a touch of luxury. Overall, fantastic stay, extremely clean, would definitely go back!.
all reviews » We liked the quality of hotel, everything is new and mordern, spacious rooms, close to the very nice (it seems to me that only local people knew and visited it) beach, children friendly environment, nice pool, possibility to park your car at any time (only 5 euro per day), calm and peaceful surroundings. Nice hotel. Very nice apartment and very quiet. We had the pool all to ourselves. Mercadona Supermarket is right up the hill which was very convenient. Friendly staff, size of room, cleanliness, fully equiped room, nice pool. . Clean Quiet. Comfort. They bright me breakfast in the room and it was a small quiet place. The location was good with short trip to main town which meant area nice and quiet and lovely restaurant within walking distance. View of sea great and guy on reception was very helpful. The viw. The kitchen lacked an oven and there was no kettle so had to boil water for a cup of tea in a saucepan. There was, however, a filter coffee machine. The location was away from the main Benalmadena strip which we liked as it was quiet, however if you want nightlife, bars etc, it would not be the best location. Service on the reception is really slow, we checked out for almost 40 min, reception lady was talking on the phone during this whole period. There is no camera in the garage, it is rather dangerous I believe, to open the door you need to come up to the reception (other floor) each time you want to leave or enter it. Towels and bed linens were changed sporadically, you could never predict it, there are no bathrobes and slippers in the room. Finding the place is very difficult. They should mention to take the old Cadiz highway cuz it´s just right off the coast instead, we had to go up and through the hillside only to find ourselves back down next to the sea. Also, their showers are very modern and so we didn´t know how to turn on the hot water, however, strangely they had keys for the doors, unlike the key cards that all modern hotels have so there was a bit of a clash with that. No DVD in the apartment either.Location. no bottled water on arrival in room and no facility to purchase drinks or food. This would have been essential given the remote location of this accommodation. 2 year old needed fluids, supermarket closed and only possible place to purchase water was in Chinese restaurant next door, this was also only place to eat nearby. Had a problem with the aircon and couldn't sleep all night as the receptionist couldn't fix it had to leave the door open and there was too much noise from the road and no air to breathe she didn't even offer me a fan that was pretty poor!!. Swimming pool was shut but did advertise as seasonal but as was really hot was disappointing. Wifi advertised in all areas but had to hang over balcony to get intermittent signal. Luxury apartment but door handles falling off and maids did lip service at best. Not clean and there is no soap and shampoo and blanket No internet service.
