  Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything.   A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. - Modern facilities, great views, vip lounge for snacks and drinks.
