The best hotel I ever stayed in. Located in the heart of the historical part of the city. Feels like you are positioned in the castle.
Very clean, very quite. Spacios apartments. The staff is superhelpful. I would recomend to stay in this hotel.

My room was away from the street, and, during my stay was really quiet. I slept well.
The hostal offers value for money, it is very central, and the building, an old terraced mansion block, had some character to it.
The hotel manager was helpful and friendly, and gave me a great little map & tourist guide of Avila which got me started.
The room had a radiator, and overnight the building was quite warm enough.
Absolutely amazing place to stay. The best hostal/pension I've visited so far. Friendly staff, rooms are big and have all you need, all very clean, perfect location. There was no thing I could and would criticise.
