Perfect for solo traveller on holiday or business for a few weeks or so as offers self catering facilities - supermarket across the road is more than adequate. The open plan apartment provides more space and comfort than a hotel. Very clean and staff are very welcoming and helpful.

This was our first stop in Spain after leaving the Santander ferry.
The hotel is just off the motorway which is excellent and also good for walking into the center of Simancas.
Good secure parking in front of the hotel, also you can pay to park in a lock up garage.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and our room was spacious with a decent en suite, including bidet.
Perfect for the ferry stop-off and the town is extremely quaint with a good choice of eating places. Breakfast was acceptable and very good value for money.

Beautiful wet room and very comfortable bedroom.
We liked this hotel so much for an overnight whilst travelling through Spain, we are planning to stay next wee.
Although we arrived too late for the restaurant they made us a delicious supper in the bar.

Very high standard for this price bracket, if you don't mind being out of the town center. Check your sat nav has the address before you set off, and if not, feed it one of the bigger roads at the junction.
