  Very modern and clean rooms, professional staff, very nice spa area, decent food at the cafeteria. Make sure to use the shuttle service to and from the airport, even if you arrive by airport bus from Barcelona (call ahead). Taxis charge at least 10 Euros for the 2 Minute trip and walking is dangerous because of a big construction site on the way.   The room and the private car parking - Arrived at hotel late at night and left next morning around 10.30, found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Despite their lack of english and equally our lack of spanish we had a very pleasant experience.

  Ibis Budget was extremely great! Close to city center, 10 minutes of walking distance. Helpful staff, especially Xavi! Really cheap and highly recommended! - Perfect place to stay in Girona. The fact that breakfast was served until 11am added a bit of luxury. The free access to the internet was a great bonus.   This Inn is in a wonderful location for a rural stay. The proprietor, Xavier, is so helpful and very knowledgeable about his culture (Catalan) and his neighborhood and his English is quite good. The restaurant serves Catalan food; my favorite meal was breakfast. Paths for cyclists are everywhere and for any level. I can recommend this sweet Inn... what people say » unconditionally.
