  Room was large, clean, and modern. Staff was courteous and efficient. Restaurant was clean and the menu selection was excellent. Overall, prices were reasonable compared to other hotel located close (within 10 minutes) to the airport. - Loved the bathrooms - great showers, towels etc. My grandson loved the pool. Had a great meal at the restauran... what people say » t. Loved that we could open the windows for fresh air - It was so easy. We were staying over between two international flights. We got in late, left early the next AM. It was perfect for that. They had wifi in our room.

  The attention to detail of all the staff was exceptional. Great breakfast, comfy beds, lovely showers, all you need. There was a friendly atmosphere too, not too formal, while keeping up the 5 star 'feel'. We went to Barcelona to celebrate my birthday, and when I got back to my hotel room the staff had left me a bottle of Cava on ice and some straw... what people say » berries and dipping chocolate!   The location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and spacious. - Even though I was warned of possible rennovation disturbance I heard/saw nothing! But then again you don't really expect to when you're only using the hotel as a place to rest your head after spending all day exploring the city.   The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, something we have found lacking in our stay at various hotels abroad. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. The location was also very good, a few minutes walk from La Ramblas, but not close enough to be bothered by the noise. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.
