The hotel is very near the airport, so if you're flying early the next day (as I was), it's very convenient. The hotel is stylishly designed, and includes a nice interior bar/restaurant as well as outside terrace and paddleball court. The hotel has its own underground parking deck, but I ended up parking on the street next to the hotel for free. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. It was a very quiet hotel, too, except for the fireworks show outside at midnight..........but it had nothing to do with the hotel! :) - very large room, great bathroom and amenities, exceded expectations

Very helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are amazing, so modern! Very quiet, beds are super comfortable. Shuttle to airport took less than 10 minutes, very convenient. A taxi from the area of the Prado took us to this airport area hotel, the Axor Feria, a sister to its more elegant sister hotel right next door. Taxi cost was 23.35 euro (we had two carryons and two back packs). Be aware it’s a long drive, more so with heavy commute traffic so allow time.

We stayed at the Axor for one night before our flight home after touring around Spain. Super modern hotel very close to the airport. We must have been upgraded, because our soom was huge. We had a whole studio with a sleek bathroom.The shuttle was excellent. We used it from the airport after dropping off our rental car and then the next morning back to the airport for our flight.
