  We turned up from the airport at 21.50 and were made very welcome, and was able to have a buffet meal as they were serving until 10.30pm, the dinningroom staff made us very welcome. - only one night no real problems. food ok

  The hotel was shut. We had no advance notice. We arrived and it was closed, no staff present all locked up. I was not able to read the spanish note on the gate. Luckily the taxi driver remained and helped. He read the notice and drove me to the sister hotel, Cabogata Garden and they were expecting me.   The delightful way we were greeted was lovely. We speak very little Spanish and Senora spoke no English but it was no problem at all. We were tereated fantastically and our little dog too! Everywhere was spotless and we had a very quiet large room at the back of the hotel, with a large bathroom with full-size bath, shower, bidet, toilet and wash-b... what people say » asin.   The apartment was a few blocks away from the beach which was nice. Be sure to have the email instructions of how to access the apartment as this is a virtual check in and we didn't come in contact with anyone during our stay. The apartment itself was clean and modern. There is not much in the way of restaurants / cafes in the direct area, unless ... what people say » you eat along the beach. - The appartments were very, very clean. The bathroom was impecable. We could see a tiny bit of the beach from our room so we were able to find our way to it easily. We walked to the city centre everyday. My son loved the apartment. He felt like like he was at someone's flat! 2 or 3 bakeries nearby meant we could buy fresh bread and croissants every morning.
