The guest house is sublime, the attention to detail and warmth is intoxicating. it really was a very relaxing stay. Great location also and the breakfast is well worth the visit!

The staff were extremely efficient and friendly especially the Manager - Tim. There was a lovely choice of cooked and buffet breakfasts which could be eaten either in the dining room or out on the deck which overlooked the Touw River. The room we had was quite large and had a well designed bathroom and separate walk in wardrobe. I would recommend this Guest Lodge to all!

Just spent one night in Mootide (Moondance room) and all my expectations were exceeded. This is a great place where you have a calm lagoon on one side, and a beautiful beach a stones throw away. The owner and staff are all very helpful too and gave us some great advice for our trip down the garden route. If you're looking for a great place to stay with a room that breaks the run of the mill then I'd highly recommend this place. I just wish we had more time.
