  I loved the friendly and warm welcome of the staff,i loved the fact that it catered for children as well,my partner felt @home when he heard they was gym as he is much a sport person. The food was excellent,wow the place is great, beautiful we absolutely loved it. - the hotel room was very nice and the dining room quite breathtaking but everythin... what people say » g is just a little run down, pot plants not watered, door leading out of the dining room do not close to an air tight fit but perhaps we were there during a lull in maintenance

  The special treats at night by closing the curtains, open of beds and chocolates were very special and a nice touch. The design and re-use of an old building is such a clever idea and most pleasing to the eye. The chef at breakfast as well as supper and presentation was excellent. Overall, everyone was friendly and efficient. The view was amazing ... what people say » as well. In fact, we would like to rebook at the end of April again. - The venue is situated at the habour, so we could view the activities of the harbour which was interesting. The venue is also very peaceful and quite, so if you want to relax, away from the "city in the city", this is ideal. We also loved the lounge area outside in the courtyard, so if you want to have your meal or drinks outside the restaurant, it makes it an excellent option.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and I loved the view from the verandah. There was a huge amount and variety of spaces to relax in to suit the weather conditions. (I loved the lounges with the fires burning when the weather was cold and the verandah when it was warmer.) - Staff were attentive and friendly, appea... what people say » red to enjoy their job! We did not avail outselves of all the facilities at Ardmore, but drove there to see the weave and pottery. It was not very welcoming.
