The location was relaxed ,beautiful scenery and just perfect to unwind. We celerbrated our 11 year anniversary as well as both my birthday + his @ ur hotel. The night cost us a small fortune as we spent the afternoon @ ur spa (which I was very upset about because we could hear guests talking outside as well as the fact that the spa is to bright for anyone to relax)

  Lovely views of the ocean from the chalets. Very friendly people all round and hearty meals. Surprisingly good wine selection. Lovely walks through the coastal forest. - Spectacular view overlooking the ocean. Very clean and well equipped kitchen, the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the food was good.

  The staff at the Fernery were so friendly and helpful. The attention to detail and care that went into the evening meal (a prepared barbeque) was amazing and we felt really spoiled. I'd highly recommend the Fernery but would suggest a stay longer than we had (only one night unfortunately) as there is so much to experience. It's a bit pricey but... what people say » converting to UK pounds for example, it is really, really worth it. Also the Boxer dog belonging to the owners' son is the most gorgeous dog I've eve - My wife and i stayed in a B&B Chalet for 3 magnificent nights. This place is off the charts with total freedom & tranquility - only wish it would never have ended. We will return to this beautifull haven in the near future ..........

  Fabulous accomodation - one of the best we had in South Africa. We were so impressed when we arrived. The owner was so helpful and full of great information. Because it was a quite time, he upgraded us to the rooftop appartment! We loved our suite 5 - it's probably the one with the best view and the biggest balcony. The swimming pool is the nicest that we've seen! We loved the privacy in the guesthouse and the friendliness of the hosts and staff. Everything was perfect!
