  We loved the attention to detail. The management and staff (and the owner) were outstanding hosts. The accommodation was just superlative and the service was fantastic. The location was relaxed ,beautiful scenery and just perfect to unwind.   The staff at the Fernery were so friendly and helpful. The attention to detail and care that went into the evening meal (a prepared barbeque) was amazing and we felt really spoiled. I'd highly recommend the Fernery but would suggest a stay longer than we had (only one night unfortunately) as there is so much to experience. It's a bit pricey but... what people say » converting to UK pounds for example, it is really, really worth it. Also the Boxer dog belonging to the owners' son is the most gorgeous dog I've eve - My wife and i stayed in a B&B Chalet for 3 magnificent nights. This place is off the charts with total freedom & tranquility - only wish it would never have ended. We will return to this beautifull haven in the near future ..........

  Fabulous accomodation - one of the best we had in South Africa. We were so impressed when we arrived. The owner was so helpful and full of great information. Because it was a quite time, he upgraded us to the rooftop appartment! Absolutely gorgeous 2-bed appartment with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, beautiful dining area and living space which led out to ... what people say » 2 balconies which had views of the fab beach. We were given a complimentary bottle of champagne, breakfast was served in our appartment, which was su - Diaz 15 was the highlight of our 2 week trip to SA. We loved our suite 5 - it's probably the one with the best view and the biggest balcony. The swimming pool is the nicest that we've seen! We loved the privacy in the guesthouse and the friendliness of the hosts and staff. Everything was perfect!
