  The friendliness and assistance offered throughout, but especially at book in. Concierge assited me in getting directions to an old-boys club and was very helpful. Security in the parking garage was always there, no matter what time we came in. - The location. It is accessible via all forms of transportation available. It is quiet at night allowing for total relaxation or productive work. - It was close to the embassies - as this is exactly what I needed. The bed was very comfortable - and the Hotel quiet at night - which is surprising due to the vibrant night life around it. Great value for money!

  Buffet dinner and breakfast excellent Location was perfect because I viewed Nelson Mandela Staff were very kind and helpful with directions and process of Mandela's Viewing and they accomodated my checking out a little later - The friendly, polite, helpful staff. Cleanliness.

  There have been many renovations since last staying there - including maintenance of the bathrooms and freshly painted and decorated walls. The rooms are always extremely clean and the staff superb. Along with that, the Manhattan Hotel has the best buffet breakfast of any of the Pretoria hotels I have stayed in (with exception to the Sheraton- ... what people say » but that comes at a price!). - Staff were very helpful and efficient. Shuttle bus available for various transfers and journeys. Location was next to Gautrain station which was really convenient. The area outside and around the hotel was a busy urban setting but felt safe and the access to shops, museums and parks was straightforward and involved short walks.

  Rooms were elegant, staff was very accommodating and attentive, attached restaurant was five star! Fresh all the way around - It is a beautiful facility with large rooms. It also happened to be close to where I needed to do some business.
