Ambiance, courtesy, helpfulness Privacy of the place and an opportunity to invite senior colleagues for a discussion etc. Location, ambience, garden, breakfasts and friendly staff. The serene location and homely atmosphere... Everything. Whilst the room was very comfortable the carpets needed to be changed in colour which will make it more elegant.
