Was awesome stay everyone was friendly, and pricing was great. Staff were really friendly.great breakfast. Room was huge. Very friendly and the food at dinner time was great. Very beautiful place with great facilities!. Excellent restaurant for dinner. Location Bigger than expected. Great dinner and great staff. Secure and covered parking. location for travellers. Historical interest. The rooms were clean and functional and set within a pretty garden. Easy walking distance to the town. Reinet House and the Valley of Desolation within the Camdeboo National Park well worth an evening visit. Rooms are big, have aircons. Food & Facilities. the swimming pool. Location. That we where moved in to a room outside the main building although we had paid for a better room. We had 2 single beds together instead of a double bed, but we did not complain about this. Room was basic for price and had to sleep on two single beds as a newly wed couple. rooms are a bit bare with mediocre beds and pillows. Basic but clean and comfortable. My initial reaction was very negative as the area around the swimming pool (close to our room) was crowded with smokers! There were no non-smoking signs or designated smoking areas. The dining room and breakfast room were, however, free from smokers. The service was good. Breakfast was continental with no extras but it could have been a lot better. The breakfast at Polka was cheaper and tastier. Street noise. the seize of the hotel. Web site does not match facilities.. Receptionist was unfriendly and not competent at all Wather from the tap was dirty.
