It was unclear when the gym and pool were open, we tried a couple of times but it seemed locked up. Only on last but one day whjen cleaner left only 1 set of towels and despite two requests we never got the other one.No service on Sunday meant no clean towels and I did not know that. apartment wasn't as depicted in picture (viewandbalcony). gym was very small with 3 pieces of equipment and pool was freezing.Curtain in bedroom did not stop outside light shining in. the gym pool was not well maintained. Would like to have a bath too, not just shower. The pool and the gym, was not fit for use.outside reception and poor outside appearance. The wifi wasn't included, was very expensive and slow.The bed was small. Could not find any control or instructions for air condition. Couldn't get into the gym. The towels. They were marked with permanent marker and were thread-bare. Vey noisy in the road facing room because of the traffic - even with the doors closed.in the first room the washinh machine was leaking and when we moved rooms the washing machine in the new room did not work at all... so we had to use one on a different floor. and the reception is far from the entrance to the apartments and it is not possible to contact the reception unless you go there or call using your own phone... so quite annoying. The room was extremely noisy (above the busiest intersection in town)and extremely hot. No proper air conditioning - just an upright roll-around device that blew more hot air into the room than cold air.Impossible to sleep beyond 5am - just too hot.We could smell the drain in the kitchen. The check in procedure was appalling. No air conditioning. Dvd andsatellite receiver both missing. Washing machine not working. Hairdryer(supplied) had two pin plug, no adaptor provided.hair dryer with european plug! what happens if the guest does not have a plug converter? air conditioning very noisy. flashy light in the elevator. felt like a mausoleum.

Travelling information

From Cape Town International Airport: -Follow the airport exit signs in the direction of Cape Town -Join the N2 motorway leading towards Cape Town and follow this road for approximately 33km -When the road splits, keep to the far right (still following the N2) -At the end of the motorway, you will reach a large intersection with traffic lights -go straight ahead -Continue along Buitengracht Street -At the 3rd set of traffic lights, turn right into Somerset Road and stay in the right-hand lane -Take the 1st road to the right, this is Chiappini Street -Take the 1st street on the right, this is Prestwich Street. You will find the apartment building and your basement parking on your left.
