The entire stay was probably the best service I have ever experience. The management team is super efficient and the staff are more than helpful. They are prompt, polite and go out of their way to ensure you are looked after. No request is ever to much and the hotel food is exquisite. We will only stay in the is hotel when visiting Cape Town. There superb service should be a benchmark that the rest of the world abide by. Thank you to Craig and Mynard who run the hotel like clockwork. They ensur.

Friendly staff! Appreciated the welcoming letter from the Manager - made me feel special! I have a son in the Hotel Industry and am always aware of the quality and value for money aspects. Friendly reception staff Fantastic breakfast Comfortable rooms. Comfort, friendly, clean, well equiped. Location and surroundings. Accommodation - spacious. the food was good. Nice apartment. Amazing pizza!. The look of the apartment; was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep; Loved the burgers. Would have liked to have known about what I could do in the area! Asked at reception and was told to go to Willowbridge shopping centre! Would have been great if I could have been told about entertainment in the area!. Nothing. N/A. Spent only 2 days with you so did not pick up anything umtoward. No bath, in house meals a bit pricey. no facilities for children, more child friendly activities would make life simpler for families with toddlers. Stairway and passage was not very clean, plates and glasses stood outside for a long time. The apartment was not even comparable to the Bookings.com pics where the size and amount of rooms are concerned (we felt fooled); Things like wine glasses and a plug for the bath tub had to be specially requested, as they were not in the apartment; There was no mini bar. The mattress was worn out - I could hardly sleep, it was like sleeping in cheap Motel!.

To reach the hotel from the airport: • Exit south from the airport, keep left at the fork. • Turn right toward Airport Approach Road. • Take the 1st left onto Airport Approach Road. Merge onto N2 Rd/Settlers Way via the ramp to Cape town. • Take exit 9 to merge onto M5 toward N1/Milnerton. • Take the exit on the right onto N1 toward Paarl. • Take exit 20 for M16/Mike Pienaar Boulevard toward Jip De Jager Laan/Jip De Jager Avenue. • Turn left at Jip De Jager Drive /M16 until you reach the T-junction at the very end of this road. • The hotel is on the left, just before Vineyards Office Estate.
