The entire stay was probably the best service I have ever experience. The management team is super efficient and the staff are more than helpful. They are prompt, polite and go out of their way to ensure you are looked after. No request is ever to much and the hotel food is exquisite. We will only stay in the is hotel when visiting Cape Town. no facilities for children, more child friendly activities would make life simpler for families with toddlers.
Stairway and passage was not very clean, plates and glasses stood outside for a long time.
The apartment was not even comparable to the Bookings.com pics where the
size and amount of rooms are concerned (we felt fooled); Things like
wine glasses and a plug for the bath tub had to be specially requested,
as they were not in the apartment; There was no mini bar.
The mattress was worn out - I could hardly sleep, it was like sleeping in cheap Motel!.
