I very much enjoyed the professionalism of staff, the nothing is too much trouble attitude was found from check in through the whole experience.
I appreciated the quality of food (breakfast menu was first rate).

I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. I quite liked the chambermaid checking in the evening to turn the beddings, drop off a box chocolate and ask if you have additional needs such as additional bottles of water.
Put simply, a hotel in a class of its own.

Stayed at this hotel for two days with my husband and baby. We arrived very early for check-in, and our room was not ready. We anticipated this, and just wanted to drop our bags off in the meantime. We only stayed for one night, but I can asure you that everything we experienced from check-in upto departure was just perfect. Just a pity we did not get to play golf though, but our time was limited. We will definately return again!!!

We arrived quite late, but Ernesto was very friendly and had everything ready for us. Our room and bathroom was clean, housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. The blackout curtains were appreciated! Even though we were next to diningroom we did not hear any noise. Coffee machine in diningroom was great.
