  I very much enjoyed the professionalism of staff, the nothing is too much trouble attitude was found from check in through the whole experience. I appreciated the quality of food (breakfast menu was first rate). The Room Service was attentive and courteous at all times. The pool and gym were in good shape and user friendly as was the internet/busi... what people say » ness area. - I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. I quite liked the chambermaid checking in the evening to turn the beddings, drop off a box chocolate and ask if you have additional needs such as additional bottles of water. Put simply, a hotel in a class of its own.

  After a 23 hour trip nothing better. Very quiet, so comfortable. Staff very good. Breakfast was magnificent. One of the best displays I have seen obviously a chef with flair. Staff walked us to the shuttle bus after our stay. A great way to start a holiday with a rest before touring S.A. Location is perfect right across the road from the airport. ... what people say » - The staff is excellent and well trained. I was there on a business trip and I had to leave my room after 1600, well the staff made its best to accomodated my request without requestt. I definetively will be staying at the same hotel during my next trip to Kempton Park.
