Wonderful staff, all so friendly and helpful, boy were they helpful, always getting the maps out to show you things, giving advice and always with a massive smile on there faces, super impressed. Samuel was our main guy on reception, what a gem, if he lived in England i'd employe him in a heartbeat. Very comfort and complete room facilities (executive), big screen television, ipod docking, reading lamp, multi socket, cofeemaker, unique bathroom design, etc. Recommended for bussiness trip & bring your top executive here.

Skylounge is not there. Room 601 shower was not even warm. I wouldn't know... Minim public transportation. The mattress had what looked like a big patch of coffee stain, and the cleaner refused to change it. Despite the fact that we were staying 5 nights in the hotel, newspaper was not provided!!. Club in hotel is not so nice. Sky lounge is closed unless you hire it. Wi-fi is slow and connection was only available near the door... This hotel is far from mrt station. Taxi has an extra charge to pick up at the hotel. Nothing so far. Not an easy access. Internet was nor working in every room. A bit noisy as close to highway. Gym very small. Receptionist calling me 30minutes before check out time, that my check- out time is in 15 minutes. About an 8 min walk to the closest MRT. Location is a bit far from attractions and metro is not easy to walk to , better off taking a taxi. Wifi isn't good, can only connect when sitting near the room door. no comment. Location : no shops around . No real lounge or restaurant . only restaurant in in basement , no window . Nothing in the minibar. No room service . no international channel on tv. The pictures fooled me into thinking this is a standard business hotel but it is actually lacking in facilities and aesthetics. It apparently used to be a hospital and has been converted into a hotel but spaces are small and awkward (rooms, lobby). The breakfast area is a kitsch room in the basement with no windows and the breakfast buffet was very low value for money. Rooms are very tight. Bathroom is very tight. Location is isolated although walking distance from Robertson Quay which is a nice area. This hotel does not have characteristics of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was not good with almost no choice. Room was very average and not worth of a 4star hotel.
