That was really nice of them to do that. I really appreciated what they did. Like the atmosphere very cosy,friendly staff and most importantly very clean environment.Compliments to Staff known as Ms Grace Lalu,she was very professional in her work,always smiling,courteous,polite and excellent customer service!She make my stay very homely eventhough jwe stayed for a nite.Well good news !I'm coming to the Hotel again for my next visit soon in a week's time!So Ms Grace hope you are on duty when I come..Cheers!!!. This hotel has a perfect location. Bugis junktion is 2 minutes away. The subway is close by and its a short walk to orchard road. Marina bay is a short 4 singapore dollar away. You can alson go by subway. Perfect budget hotel. But. Small rooms and theres no doors in the shower so your gonna get the whole bathroom wet when taking a shower. Parc sovereign is in a great location. Close to bugis junction and sim lim square. Short, cheap taxi rides to sentosa island, jurong bird park and Singapore zoo. Hotel has a pool which is nicely kept and good for those hot days! Has a 7-Eleven down stairs and a restaurant. Rooms do have there own private bathrooms. My rating for Parc Sovereign Hotel is 8.5. Provided reasonable parking space. It is in a walking distance to 2 mrt station. You can take mrt from the airport to Bugis station then take a Taxi, which may not more than 5 sgd. Bugis market which is large and there are Korea goods. You can walk to Little India, Mudtafa is open 24 hours. Orchard road and Marina bay is just a few stations. i like most of the hotel especially the room which is situated in front of the pool side at 4th floor.i think its Super cool to have such room n i am looking forward to stay there again if the hotel place me in the same room again which is 403:)))tq. Staff not try to accomodate the request,. 4Th floor and 5th floors are noisier ,. the rooms are, too too small .no need for a swimming pool. room a little small for executive. They dont have spare room to stay triple and no room to put any extra bed. Rooms a bit small, lack of information in room for international travellers regarding hotel information etc. Not at all... Very slow wifi internet Poor breakfast. slightly small room (not too bad); room internet accesss is not free. room small, but clean and lovely. Need more hanging hooks in bathroom.
