The hotel is just by the side of ParkRoyal - a five star hotel, which is by the side of Mustafa Market. Close to MRT station and busstops. City Square Mall is opp to the hotel. All the restaurants, vegetarian restaurants are close by. Strategically positioned near transportation services, affordable, Helpful staffs and awesome room. Convenient location, establishments and airport near the hotel.

It's centrally located at the heart of Little India. Very close to a bus stop, MRT station, and shopping malls. You have small bathtub, hot water. Bed is clean, big tv, kettle, coffee, tooth brush, worth for the price. It is close to the Mustafa shopping mall and all other prime shopping malls in the area. They serve friendly and humanic. i do not like any of this hotel except location that is near MRT station. Location, fast internet, aircon. Near shopping mall,. A/c :which you cannot switch off. Toilet maintenance: is poor. The aircon controller is bad. When you open the Tap in the wash room, It makes a Horribly loud sound. I think that disturbed every guest around. Shower works automatically when the other room opens or close their taps. This is Terrible. I stayed in the 4th floor. I opened the tap at 2.00am, I think the guest in the other rooms, awaken by the loud noise from the Tap. There is no proper room service and cleaning on daily basis. The hot water in the Bath room is not hot enough. Staff need to trained . some of the room equpment(like bathroom door) broken. Don't have tv remote , aircon remote. No option to reduce Air-Conditioning speed. During night felt very cold. No storage for luggage, fee for early check in. It was a long way short of the photo. I had to move rooms after a day of the electricity going on and off constantly - which was due to a wire breaking and sitting live in the ceiling...safe?? The bathroom door didnt work, fittings were falling off every wall - shabby and for the money really not ok. The centrally controlled air conditioner just made us freezing at night. Just bring some papers to cover it. I took room without window, they have blower (24hrs) and cant stop it at night, so the room was very cold at night, quite hot at noon. Small cockroach in the bathroom. room is very small, toilets are not clean, no regulator for the A/C. Difficult to search the hotel address. no one make up my room. and they said we need to let them know first if we need them to make up the room after it happened. Not worth for price. Untidy, the rooms shown on advertisement is very different in reality, dirty shower screen, everyday cleaning is not guaranteed, lodging complaint every evening when return to room is not uncommon, no fridge. Noisy, dirty,old building. Toilet door out of order. Air conditioner not function well totally. The hotel is absolutely pathetic, not worthy to stay in, room are cramped but smelling like rubbish.. Not worth to be included in bookings.com. the bath room is small.. the air-con is too cold..the bed is hard.. wont stay at this hotel again.
