Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.

Grand Hyatt has been like a second home to me every time I'm in Singapore. The staff are very helpful, no need to question about cleanliness. Although there was a renovation at some floors, I didn't hear any noise and I was informed about this when I booked for the reservation. -

At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room.
Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel
rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony

The staff were all-round excellent, from the receptionist, Hui Wen, to the floor butler, Faizali and the floor manager, Jason. All of them made me feel very welcome.
The facilities were generally top-notch too, in particular, the very spacious Lady Astor room on the 12th floor to which I was upgraded free of charge. These are the little things that make St. Regis stand out. Truly world-class service.

grounds and all of the facilities were 1st class. No it is not on one of
the main shopping streets but it is just a short walk to Orchard road
and one of the best mrt underground stations (a major intersection of 4
different lines) in Singapore. To have the vibrant city of Singapore at
your feet combined with the tranquility and luxury of the Fort Canning

An outstanding apartment with very friendly and helpful staff. There were excellent kitchen facilities to entice stay at home meals. Also there is a supermarket across the road. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which made our stay even more memorable. It was easy to sleep due to the very quiet rooms.

My Family and I stayed in a huge self contained 3 bedroom apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful to answer any Questions we had and book us taxis etc. The breakfast buffet was small but adequate, beside the pool. We had lunch there as well, a couple of times, and the staff were all lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone,and I would stay there again if I was so lucky to visit Singapore again.

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. Coffee machine available (Nespresso) with capsules, we liked the de-cafe ones. The kids play zone was amazing, my 3 yrs old daughter loved it. Pool looked nice even though i didnt use it. We spent three nights at the Fullerton on out way to Bali as part of our 25th wedding anniversary. We arrived early in the morning so our room wasn't ready, we were offered an upgrade package with a twin level room overlooking the Marina, Champagne breakfast, afternoon tea and champagne with canapés in the evening. Would highly recommend, not cheap but something very special for our anniversary.

The hotel staff were very attentive. Their club lounge is the best one that we have been too, really worth booking the room for the perks. - The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the bed and cushions the most comfortable I've ever slept in!!
