Friendly staff though it took me a long while to check-in as it was Friday afternoon. Gave me a free upgrade to haram view room. Clean comfortable facilities. Excellent location for men to make it to the first few prayer rows. Markets close-by. - The cleanliness generally all round. - The buffet breakfast with a fair choice of foods. - The location, directly outside the Prophet's Mosque.
all reviews » The service was very prompt..and the staff was also very friendly...only problem I faced was the lack of restaurants around the hotel. The location of the hotel is just next to Masjid Nabwi and close to Prophets grave. The staff was helpful, room were reasonable. Everything and the proximity to the holy mosque, particularly its proximity to the Roza-E-Rasoul (SAW). Few steps from Haram, very clean, almost half the price of hotels of same category in the area. The staff were so kind hospitable and helping to keep their customers as comfort as possible. It was convenient to stay in Ramadah as Haram is next to you , window facing Roza Rasool. I like every aspect of the Hotel, there is really good value for money. staff was good and also location was great we enjoy a lot. Location Excellent value for money. The location though very close to the Masjid is not convenient for women as they have to walk all across the courtyard to the other side. This particular Ramada is a 4* It should cater for infants and children. - Low availability of wall sockets for phone charging. I ended up charging phone in the bathroom! - No Wi-Fi. The reception staff was slow, though booked room for 3 but it turned out that 3rd bed was temporary bed. All room are basically 2 beds, they put temporary beds to fulfill 3 or 4 bed requirements. The washroom basin was leaking. Counter Desk had hopeless staff ,. Room and bed was not good. No place to print boarding pass for flight. Bathroom is too small and poor. - Laundry - Car Parking. non provision of wireless internet. Very out dated! No lights in room except for a lamp. No three pin plugs at all. We missed breakfast by a few minutes and they weren't prepared to give us any!. Iftar was a disastor... the food is so bad... the decoration of the food is appealing yet the taste is not good at all. Even the sweets they taste eggs and chicken (as they are fried in cooking oil)! For Suhur, almost same food was put again! The juice is soooo diluted with water! The room lamps are broken, the AC is not strong, you get hot inside. Lights not working in the room. restaurant too expensive. parking very limited. not so honest advertizing. the staff attitude and especially the counter gay was not appropriate. he was arrogant and un friendly. for women..they need to walk at least 20-30 minutes to reach VISITING GATE #25.. Poor Customer Care. No curtsy. Despite early check in request no response. The Parking Security he was very rood and they have 140 room with only 14 Parking mostly used by hotel staff and the security him self so may be 6 or 7 available for guest, Breakfast timing is Short from 6-10 only. some of them did not speak english. no wake up call service. room cleaning service was poor. Check I service highly inefficient. Room quality is below par. Breakfast menu is too limited in addition to the fact that house keeping and room services barely respond to customer calls. Poor Reception. Lobbies have insufficient lighting. Its 4 stars building with 1 star service. Management wants to save money in every single square meter, no beverages in rooms, breakfast is terrible. when we arrived we found that they haven't changed the bed sheets, we found human hair on all our beds and pillows. Poor staff attitude, breakfast included in price but when we arrived we were told only two guests are allowed breakfast and the 3 children have to pay!!! Room service takes ages to answer phone and room was not serviced despite requesting. Poor reception. Poor Breakfast menu. Very Expensive. Poor home service. No restaurant during Ramadan, no room service for food delivery, poor toilet, broken commode, water accumulated in sink number of times despite repair by hotel staff. Everything else. No service No breakfast Will never stay there again. It took me almost 2 hours to check in. A trainee was manning the front desk all alone. I wish to mention that he tried his best, but otherwise I think the management is poor and the hotel doesn't care about it's guests as long as they get paid and you must be happy and satisfied with what ever they provide you. Once again I had to argue quad room I booked as I was told that they only have double rooms. So why advertise quad rooms?. Hotel is dirty no towel no body in the reception all morning.
