موقع ممتاز حوالي خمس دقائق مشي للمسجد النبوي مساحات واسعه للجلوس الرحب و المختلفه الألوان إستقبال حار و حافل من الموظفين و حاملي الشنط دخول متقدم حسب جاهزية الغرف و خروج متأخر غرف رائعة مكتملة الخدمات مع دورة مياه فاخره قنوات متعدده حسب الأذواق جرائد و ضيافه رائعه و تواجد لمن يخدمك دوماً بوفيه عامر للإفطار و العشاء و هناك مقهى في البهو و مقهى في الدور التاسع سعر الغرفه كان أكثر من رائع لشخصين في الدور الثامن والتاسع ( كلوب ) يوفر إطلالة هائله على المدينة إنترنت سلكي ولاسلكي في الغرفه كل شيء ممت.
all reviews » Location is great , near to Al- Rawdah. The hotel is just new and so clean. rooms are nicely decorated, all facilities are available. When i requested some extra needs from housekeeping it is provided on time. Restaurant for breakfast is very organized with many varieties of food and all are delicious , fruits are fresh and the service is excellent. The hotel is good value for money and even you can hear the mosque from your own room . I advise every one visiting Medina and the holy places to s. This is the second visit for the hotel in a month. I like it. This visit was in Ramadan and the restaurant provided delicious variety of food. we felt so comfortable in beds . rooms are nice and quite and so relaxing .It is so near to the holy mosque that is very helpful to attend all the prayers on timing. Having a free parking is an advantage especial in this hot weather. Free WiFi everywhere in the hotel made us connected all the time. It is Luxury place with modern decor . Check in and chec. The Hotel in pretty new and very clean. Location is walkable distance to Nabawi mosque. The reception is very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant is great and the staff is very friendly as well. It's the best choice to stay here in Madinah. The hotel price is still acceptable compare to the other 5 star hotel in Madinah. Clean, friendly staff, customer service oriented. Hotel location was excellent as its only 10 minutes’ walk to Haram; I can hear the prayer calls from my room. Breakfast buffet at the mezzanine starts at 6:00 after Fajer prayer and it contains fresh food and reasonable collections. I liked the open boffet selection, the indian staff and the Saudi Staff, the proximity from Haram, quiteness and hospitality, Free internet is nice and speed is high, and in general it was not bad. Everything from the way I was received with a complimentary drink, the willingness of Concierge to assist me in my luggage as soon as I stepped in. Reception staff was very friendly. I stayed there in ramadan. Was great and the service was excellent. Very flexible when we asked to keep the fitness room open late and change our breakfast to dinner inclusive. -Very close to the holy mosque (2 mins walk) from the rawda side...prime location - New - Clean bathrooms - Clean beds - Very nice breakfast - Good value for money. I like the atmosphere of the hotel, the furnishing and my husband really enjoyed the kibla side, coz it gives him access to masjid nabawi quick and easy. The staff in the reception disc not that organized, although they are rapid and friendly. It took me more than 45 minutes to check-in because the front desk representative was still a trainee and has no one to coach. Room is very small and narrow. very small rooms, sudani receptionist very strict and not hospitable at all, the rate was attractive 450 SR for a room, but the room was terribly small like a bathroom more or less, even when I upgraded to a bigger room, it was not as big as the Movenbeck or Hilton but it was in the same price range. My booking did not include breakfast when I booked using letsbookhotel.com later at the hotel I wanted to change the booking to include breakfast but I was informed that my reservation cannot be changed to include breakfast. Although I could pay separately for breakfast. nothing. - Staff was not bad but not as freind lay as would have been expected. The distance to the women section. It takes almost 15mins walk to the women section. And getting a driver to the mosque was difficult. Apart from that everything was superb. Staff needs more training ,. Nothing bad. None. - small rooms and parking place - i booked king i received twin. The business center is not addiquetly staffed. I was disappointed when I wanted to scanned and Email a document, but the staff who is to do the job has closed and non of the remaining staff could help. Thus, there is the need to have 24 hours service at the business center. Staff needs more training. Nothing. Nothing. the safe was not working and was not fixed during my stay. Although I explained the problem to the reseption but rather than getting it fixed or replaced he told me to share the safe of my friends room till the next day and that was very inconvenient from such a hotel. buss service to the mousqu was not avaliable all the time because its reservation to Saudia crow and there is only one buss driver. surely nothing is bad. Room service was little bit slow Far from the markets. The rooms and bathroom are extremely small and tiny. I only had a very short stay and during it had no complaints what so ever. the scanning fercility has problem of staffing. kindly add my priorty club number 128424601to my reservation. Non-availibility of room heater. Blanket on the bed is not of 5 star standard. Food. Nothing. Room area is small. Nothing important. the checkout services was delayed quite a lot. bathroom size. The room is very small. No privacy at restaurant * families *. No bed for babies. The size of the room. Nothing. Window did not open. price somewhat on the high side. Expensive price of breakfast. Rooms smaller and had 3 beds in one room leaving a minimum space for parying and eating. Bathroom heater was not working properly. Requested connected rooms but did not get. The rooms need more cleaning for the windows, tables and the disk, they need to offer bus shuttle during Ziyara times for women not only during prayers times, the breakfast is beyond average it wasn't as 5 stars hotel breakfast, there's no coordination between the check-in and check-out staff which caused a mistake in our bill. The rooms are very small.
