What people say

The hotel is located not far from Mayakovskava- underground station. There are convenient-shops around the conner. The room for 3 persons is big, clean and so comfort. There is refrigerator in the room too. The realy good impression is the lady manager is very helpful and friendly. If we need something just tell the staff, even they are not really good at English, but they are ready to help.
all reviews Superbly friendly personnel ready to resolve any difficulties! I made a reservation for two people of whom two could not come and that was fineable according the rules stated at letsbookhotel.com. We could agree at the desk that if the rooms are sold that evening the fine will not be applied, which has definitely happened. The rooms are nice and clean and the price is unbelievable for Moscow!. Price is good for a major city, we found the day staff helpful reception and cafe, food was good had a couple of dinners. It's not a 15 minute walk to Red Square though more like 25 minutes. Moscow is a great city to visit don't forget the Metro stations it only costs one ticket to see all the great stations. The Russian people are very helpful if you get struck. I was a solo traveller and this hotel suited me perfectly. Shower and toilet facilities were separate, but were very close and very well maintained. In four days I never needed to wait to use these facilities. Astonishing value for money for Moscow. Very convenient location, center of the city, very close to metro, beautiful, green! and quite street. The hotel is recently renovated, everything is clean and modern. Spacious rooms (if you take the ones with windows at 3000/night). The location is excellent. In General I would classify the Hotel as very good. It would be much better if they manage to get internet in the rooms because the public space is very limited and not private. Really a nice place. Great staff. Confortable apartment. Very quiet, in spite of being in a very crowded district. The right place to enjoy Moscow due to an excellent location....... Nice hotel and great location. Tverskaya Street and near Patriarch's Ponds. All attractions in walking distance. Nearby there are many cafes, bars and restaurants. For every taste. We paid £59 for the night and bearing in mind cost of hotels in Moscow, were very impressed with the standard of the hotel. Would highly recommend it. Very clean room and bath. Quiet Small room but comfortable bed, place e to hang clothes, electric teakettle and hairdryer, refrigerator. In the heart of Moscow a fine hotel and hostel at a fine price. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Mayakovskaya metro station. Perfect Location, 15 Mins on Foot to the red Square and 5 mins to Metro Station, Clean Room, with nice and simple Design. 1) Value for money. 2) Excellent location, near center of the city. 3) Good staff 4) Accepts credit card and cash. Location was good close to metro as well as walkable to red sq in 30mins. Rooms were decent size and clean. Excellent location in the old Moscow's downtown. Closed to theaters and other cultural points. In terms of price-quality is superThe reviews mentioned hard a lie, or we're lucky. Great place with even greater location. Perfect for money-conscious travelers. Perfect location, flexible rules ans very reasonable prices. location price / performance ratio silence in the room. The location is great, and the bar is decent. Clean Polite staff Good location. Great location...nice staff. nice staff and location. Location, clean. Location!. Location. The hotel is within 2 minutes walk from Tverskaya Street and within 10-15 minutes from the Red Square. There are also about 5 restaurants and 1 cafeteria close to the hotel if you get hungry prior to returning to your room. Our room was big and we had a very comfortable bed, not to mention, our own bathroom inside. The hotel itself could have been built from IKEA workers... taking into account its furnishing and design and yes... IKEA furniture... ha ha ha... just like in my house!!! Considerin. The location is excellent, central but not noisy at all. 15 minutes' walk from the Red Square, 5 minutes from the metro station. Modern furniture. The standard room is well equipped. Price is really competitive. Good location just off the main street in the centre of Moscow. Modern & clean. Bar & restaurant on site. English spoken if needed - limited though. Safe neighbourhood. Good value for an expensive city. Great city centre location, only 2 stops from Red Square and Kremlin. Polite staff with limited english. Modern rooms and great cafe/restaurant. Free Wifi on ground floor /cafe. Good location just off Tverskaya Street. Very close to a Metro station. A cafe on the bottom level of the hotel. Spacious Room and nice bathroom. Good location for the City centre and the underground station. Modern style, well located. Good value for the money. Great location, very close to the metro and main tourist attractions. Located in a quiet side street in a beautiful historic area, there is barely any noise from the street. clean rooms, well located, good value for money. location, room with kitchen, quiet. Location, staff, design. Clsoe to Metro. Location. nothing. No negative comment. We didn't have our room cleaned when our stay was 4 nights. Hotel policy reads every 3 nights, this needs to be corrected. No change of towel, this is not good. The night guy was a little grumpy but he didn't speak English. The cafe man interpreted for us. For 2 days there was no hot water. I knew this in advance and the the water was not too cold for a shower - quite refreshing in fact! There was no window in the room, but I also knew this in advance. It was not a problem, but I prefer a room to have a window. Noise in the yard at night (some truck was loading there at 2 a.m.), no air conditioning, so you need to keep yhe window open at night time in summer. Very slow and unfriendly stuff in the bar/restaurant (I'm not sure if it belongs to the hotel, but you get your breakfast coupons for this restaurant), but the food isn all right. Hard to find. It is not on the street of its address, but the next street lover. No way to cut through. Have room go a couple of blocks one way oe the other taint a street that goes through to the next street and then back to hotel. Sign is in Russian only. Staff speaks little or no English. Restaurant (separate) from hotel but adjacent to tiny lobby - expensive, no English on menu or staff ( mushrooms soup I had was really good). No Air Condition in case weather is Hot. 1) Breakfast is not included,(for booking of single room without window). No air con and no wifi in room only in lobby. Staff struggled with english but still got by. No breakfast complex in the hotel. the lack of in-room wi-fi and the questionnaire in English. Single occupancy rooms have poor soundproofing, so everybody can hear everybody. Air conditioning could be installed in the rooms with small windows. lack of in-room Wi-Fi network. My room wasn't cleaned. Very few staff members speak English; the men in the reception were a bit rude. they don't register visas!!!!!!!! if you won't register a visa you MUST let the traveller know about this in advance. i asked the guy at reception why, he answered, good question. There isn't even a small wardrobe in the cheapest room, but there is enough space for one. Staff does not speak english or any other language rather than russian... so I had to learn russian in 3 days... ha ha ha. But sign language works for me!!!!. Room cleaning and linen changing every three days. Breakfast not included. Difficult to find as there are no outside photographs on this website. The entrance has a blue canopy & flags outside. Adjacent to Lawsons & a posh wine bar. Behind the metro station. No aircon made room extremely uncomfortable in late June. Smoking in cafe/restaurant made for unpleasant dining. Was unable to book a hotel transfer. Refreshing room meant only emptying out single rubbish bin. I paid extra for a 'Soundproof Room', however this was not the case as we could hear everyones footsteps in the hallway, aswell as our noisy neighbours. We also paid extra for a room with a window, which was a window in the roof. There was no blind so we had the moonlight shining in at night. The cafe on the bottom level did not accept credit card, which was a pain. No free WiFi without sitting in the bar area and made to feel awkward if not having food and drink. The lack of information in the reception area not written in Cyrillic alphabet. We were two days with no room cleaned. Only after complaining were we told there was a notice in Cyrillic alphabet to say leave room key if you want your room cleaned. Little English spoken by the staff. Other City centre hotels had some English speakers. No windows in the room, look like jail. No Wi-Fi in the room. Breakfast very bad, rooms without windows ..... Staff are not very friendly. Room was cleaned sporadically, and our cups were not washed, even after several requests. Overall the room was not very clean, there was mould in the shower, the sheets had some stains, and there were dirt splotches on the walls. Get a room with a window if traveling in summer, the rooms are really hot and have no air conditioners! Wifi only works in the foyer, which stinks of smoke, and has loud music constantly playing in the cafe located there. The receptionists doesn't speak anything but Russian. They don't clean the rooms or change towels/sheets during the stay. WiFi only in the reception. Poor TV channels choice. Hotel with no facilities at all (like gim etc.). No wi-fi in the room, no cable TV, previously did not prepare an extra bed for a child (it was stipulated when booking). A lot of mosquitos in the room, but couldn't close a window coz air-con didn't work. Not much english spoken and room not serviced at any time during 5 day stay, air conditioning did not work. Found much better hotels at same price point. Customer service Bed No iron. the heat in a room without windows or aircondition is terrible. There was no hot water. No one warned us about that! The sound isolation was terrible. We could not sleep, as we could hear each step of our neighbours and staff. Extreme Mosquito problem! Very poor English by the staff.
