Been to this hotel many times. Staff are exceedingly friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. Location is excellent and you can walk to most of the places of interest - Kremlin etc in 10 minutes. Metro station 2 minutes away. Everything was top, as always. I've been to some 5* hotels in Moscow and this hotel definitely meets my expectations in relation to value for money! Great service, really fast check-in/out and loads of possiblities around the hotel.

Absolutelly horrible internet pricing policy. You get free internet in the rooms, however it is really slow, but if you want to upgrade to 4 Mbit/s (which is not really fast), than you are expected to pay around 50$ per day. Normally this hotel gets rave reviews from me but this time there were lots of deatils they failed to tend to - top up of mini bar, never leaving enough water or coffee in room, room not made up last day, room not properly cleaned, service in bar not the usual standard etc. Nothing major but all detracted from usual high standard expected at this hotel. One cup of coffee $10 us. Too much if you ask me !. Everything is very expensive - but then it is Moscow !. One cup of coffee circa $10.......come on guys !. Nothing to report. one day (12/10/2013) there is no cleanning in our room befor night room 424. Small chamber. very expensive.
