The staff was very kind and courteous. They helped me get my train ticket. They brought me to the train, and helped me with the luggage and settled me down. I was provided with fresh continental breakfast witch helped a lot. The room was very clean, and comfortable. The location was very convenient, and it was close too the metro station (krasnye vorota) I plan too stay there in the future.
