Superbly friendly personnel ready to resolve any difficulties! I made a reservation for two people of whom two could not come and that was fineable according the rules stated at letsbookhotel.com. We could agree at the desk that if the rooms are sold that evening the fine will not be applied, which has definitely happened. The rooms are nice and clean and the price is unbelievable for Moscow!

The hotel is very central. Only 3 or 4min walking to the red square. Initially I was not a big fan of this kind of shared places but there I really changed my mind. I stayed first for 1 night to try and I came back later for more days. Staff is friendly, helpful, they offer free breakfast and dinner everyday. Very clean. Very very comfortable bed!

Very small hotel (6 rooms) run by two persons who are very friendly. The youngest speaks English. It is very clean and well located. My room was nice and spacious. Fully equiped kitchen and 24 hours open supermarket just opposite the street.
