Location was perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach - near La Concha Hotel. 75 cent bus ride will get you to Old San Juan. 15 min walk to Plaza del Mercado. Near bars, restaurants and a Walgreens. I liked that it was blocks away from Condado Beach and Ashford Street which is a super hot nightlife spot.

The staff is kinda mean but they do help if you just ask. You should not have to be afraid of people at a hotel counter. Not all were mean, just like one and a half. There was no pool. the fact that there was no iron in the room. The elevator. cheap awful breakfast very noisy air conditioning. Uncomfortable beds. Front Desk staff gave me the keys without any personal identification verification. Very uncorteous.
