  The entire experience was amazing. The staff was helpful and very polite. The facilities were clean and the environment was terrific. The gym, pool and complimentary breakfast were amazing. - It is rather a 5* hotel. The staff,wellness, gastronomy was the best i've seen.

  Location is good, it's 5 minutes drive from Zakopane. Breakfast is great, huge variety and good quality. The room was clean, bathroom had a bath tub, also it was good to have a small fridge in the room. It is a great value for money. - Nice clean and quiet rooms.   Location was excellent, a short walk to both Zakopane town centre and the nearby Ski slopes. Breakfast was very good, with lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables and a different cake each morning (which our kids really enjoyed).   The staff was very friendly, we asked for the room with a mountain view and we got a nice one with a balcony (even if it was only a standard room). The other time we stayed at the restaurant after closing time and we were still served. Also the staff at the SPA center was very nice and helpful.
