The staff were superb. I personally thanked them for their great helpand excellent service. A very comfortable hotel with great location and nice, really nice people, working there.Even though it is common in easern europe to pay extra for facilities Iwas surprised that th litwor (4 star) tried to charge 25zl for usingsauna and steam room per person per day. I kindly explained that as a 4star hotel the customer expects 4 star facilities as a given. The staffwere extremly understanding and let us use all the facilities for free.Maybe litwor will change their mind on this.

Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded. Please note that the thermal water centre at the property, including the swimming pool, is closed on 27 and 28 March 2018 due to renovations.
