  The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist. The facilities are modern and uniquely decorated, the food was of high quality and the breakfast buffet generous with made to order hot requests. Bathroom fittings modern and roomy with walk in shower. The hotel has a lift which made luggage handling easy. The hotel is located outside the Main Square of the Stare Miasto but within easy walking - This is hotel is great . I would for sure come back . The rooms are stylish and the bed very comfortable. The location is good, just few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is wonderful , always smiling and very helpfull. when arriving we recevied a wlcome drink and also we got lovely caramels on Our pillow several Nights. I loved the cookies we received when checking out. No doubt - one of the best hotels when it comes to service ever, and i have been to many hotels=)

  My 14-year old daughter and I were completely charmed by the intelligently designed Hotel Kolegiacki. The staff were excellent, friendly, and spoke English very well. We booked a smaller room but when they heard we were bringing two small children, they gave us a free upgrade plus extra mattress.   Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking area is gated and closed at night. Hotel is just a few minutes off the motorway. - Great friendly staff. Cleanless of room and the whole hotel. Great selection for breakfast buffet.
